Oddin.gg is the global leader in B2B esports betting solutions. We are delivering an end-to-end ecosystem to bookmakers across the globe. Operators partnering with Oddin.gg can attract a new generation of bettors, drive betting volumes 24/7, and improve sportsbook profitability.

We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 150+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO.


Your position among fellow Vikings:

As an assistant, you'll be the CEO's right-hand person and you would be managing various tasks, including calendars of senior leadership.

What would you work on:

  • Coordinate the preparation of high-level documents for executive management.
  • Organize and manage business travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
  • Facilitate the translation of documents as necessary.
  • Generate comprehensive reports, statistics, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for executive gatherings.
  • Foster effective communication with business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Handle all aspects of business correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities to verify the authenticity of documents as required.
  • Provide hospitality services to visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
  • Offload as much tasks as possible from top management by proactively seeking the agenda and things for improvement / delegation
  • Work closely across multiple departments to seek common goals.

Skills you will have:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ideally from a smaller dynamic company - paperless environment, global reach (working with Timezones).
  • Excellent technical (IT) proficiency - familiarity with AI, flight booking and search tools, planning and organizing supply chains, familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, meeting organization platforms, Slack, etc.
  • Passion for writing, including utilizing AI.
  • Proficiency in data orientation, numerical analysis, and the ability to search for information.
  • Ability to find solutions even with incomplete information - willingness to ask questions and address issues directly.
  • Independence and self-reliance.
  • Time flexibility - some tasks may require immediate attention.
  • Ability to manage time independently, set expectations with management.
  • Strong communication skills - ability to clarify task details and deadlines.
  • Resilience to stress.
  • English on communication level (Czech is a big advantage)
  • Able to gather the information for manager to do a quick decision on the call; be ready for the potential questions that will be important for manager to make the decision
  • Once tuned in, expect what is needed without being asked
  • Once given a task, able to gather all the information, prepare the business case and/or demands on top management, execute independently and only in specific cases seek approval
  • Offload as much tasks as possible from top management by proactively seeking the agenda and things for improvement / delegation
  • Work closely across multiple departments to seek common goal
  • High level of independence and influence
  • Socially confident
