We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 150+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for experienced Marketing / Event manager.


Your position among fellow Vikings:

As a Marketing Event manager, you'll be a part of a team that sets strategy for trade show participation that aligns with the company's marketing objectives, brand positioning, and other channel usage within the iGaming/betting industry and the esports segment.

Your duties in the shield wall:

  • Follow up on the company strategy and set measurable objectives for each event, including lead generation, networking, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
  • Create and manage the budget for each event, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Negotiate contracts with event organizers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the best rates and terms.
  • Design an engaging and interactive booth that stands out, reflects the company’s brand, and is conducive to product demonstrations, meetings, and lead capture.
  • Coordinate the production of high-quality marketing materials and promotional items that align with the event's audience and objectives.
  • Incorporate the latest technology solutions for product demonstrations, lead capture, and customer interaction, such as VR experiences, mobile apps, and interactive displays.
  • Ensure technological support for presentations and demos.
  • Improving the flow of information amongst the involved parties internally and externally. Ensure the teams are well-versed in product knowledge, sales pitches, and the overall event strategy.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of event participation, including travel arrangements, shipping and handling of materials, and on-site setup and teardown. Cooperate with the marketing and sales team to create an overall smooth experience during the events.
  • Ensure compliance with all venue regulations and industry standards for safety and professionalism.
  • Leverage the event for networking with industry peers, potential clients, and media representatives.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, presentations, and special events within the trade show to maximize engagement and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign leading up to, during, and following the event, utilizing social media, email marketing, PR, and other channels to maximize visibility.
  • Engage with attendees and followers in real-time through social media to enhance brand presence and interaction.
  • Collect and analyze data on event performance, including lead generation, customer feedback, and ROI metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports on outcomes versus objectives and insights for future strategy adjustments.
  • Implement a systematic follow-up strategy for leads generated at the event, ensuring timely and personalized outreach.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to facilitate the lead nurturing process and conversion.

Skills you will have:

  • Experience in a similar position (Betting company, iGaming/betting events organizer, Casino, Advisory..)
  • To have a mix of creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the event marketing dynamics.
  • experience with iGaming/betting industry / technical knowledge / design skills / logistics mastery / negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of esports and some professional experience with esports scene is big plus
  • Be located ideally in Europe (or max 2 hours outside of CET)
  • Flexibility / Willing to travel
  • English on communication level (Serbo-Croatian/Russian/Portuguese/Spanish is a big plus)
