We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 150+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for experienced Marketing / Event manager.


Your position among fellow Vikings:

Oddin is summoning a Viking or a Valkyria to join the raid as a bard who would tell stories about the deeds of the clan. As a Marketing Communication Executive for Oddin, your primary responsibility will be to execute strategic marketing communication initiatives defined by the marketing head and leadership of the company. The marketing efforts are aimed at strengthening Oddin's market position, promoting mainly its brand and services, and enhancing employer branding. The secondary objective is generating B2B leads for the sales team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive B2B presence in events, create engaging content on data, eSports, and gaming-related topics, and maximize brand exposure through various types of marketing, advertising and communication channels. You will actively work on the company's social media presence, both organically and through paid campaigns, content production and public relations activities, while also implementing effective search engine marketing and SEO strategies. Additionally, after being comfortable with the aforementioned activities, you will leverage the company's databases and partnerships for email marketing, content and media campaigns. Your role will involve monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing efforts.

What would you work on:

  • Execute strategic marketing communication initiatives, with freedom to come up with your tactics to fulfill them.
  • Drive B2B presence in events by coordinating the company's presence by production of branding and sales materials, and communication prior, during and after the event.
  • Create compelling content on data, esports, and gaming-related topics to engage target audiences and establish the company as a thought leader.
  • Maximize brand exposure and drive customer acquisition through various channels, with content production & Media Relations being one of the most important ones.
  • Actively work on the company's social media presence, both organically and through paid campaigns, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Implement effective search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the company's website and landing pages.
  • Optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Leverage the company's databases and partner databases for email marketing campaigns, targeting specific segments and driving lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, esports & betting events, and gaming communities to be able to support the Strategic Marketing planning handled by the CMO.

Skills you will have:

  • Experience in B2B betting/iGaming industry marketing, or at least in related field.
  • Sense of ownership.
  • Ability to make and maintain relationships with media, partners and internal teams, easy going, friendly and helpful personality.
  • Excitement about and understanding of the igaming and esports industry, including popular games, teams, tournaments, and industry trends is a huge plus.
  • Excellent content creation, mainly copywriting skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content on data, betting, and gaming-related topics.
  • Skills related to managing social media platforms (on B2B level), both organically and through paid advertising, to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
  • Advanced knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) techniques, tools, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record in search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Basic experience or understanding of email marketing, including segmenting databases, creating targeted campaigns, and measuring performance metrics.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. Desire to make deeds that will resonate in Valhalla.
