Your position on the drakkar:

Oddin is summoning a Viking or a Valkyria to join the raid - we are looking for a passionate Risk Analyst for the exciting world of e-sports betting!

If you are an ambitious individual with a passion for data analysis and strategic decision making, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Your daily mix of tasks includes working with modern BI tools, profiling bettors and monitoring suspicious bets, which is key to ensuring the integrity of the matches.

You'll have the unique opportunity to proactively communicate with our clients around the world and work closely with the trading team to ensure optimal results.

Your analytical skills will combat fraud and collusion, strengthening trust not only amongst our clients but across the esports industry.

Concerning your duties:

• Working with BI tools
• Profiling bettors
• Monitoring suspicious bets
• Ensuring the integrity of matches
• Proactive communication with clients
• Working closely with the trading team
• Creating simple ad-hoc analysis and reports

The honed abilities and seasoned wisdom thou shalt require:

• Experience in a similar position (esports, traditional sports, bank)
• Knowledge of betting odds and probability
• Experience in trading or betting
• Sense of fair play and integrity
• Analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to educate yourself on betting strategies and how to detect them
• Ability to make quick and correct decisions
• Reliability and a proactive approach
• Time flexibility (shift work + weekends)
• Communication in English with clients on a daily basis, at least B1 level

Heroic to possess, yet not a crucial prerequisite:

• Overview of the esports industry (tournament organizers, league system)
• Knowledge of the most played esport titles (Dota2,LoL,CS:GO,Valorant)
